Rules

1. Be kind

   Treat everyone with respect. No bullying, harassment, hate or drama. We're all here to have fun.

2. Keep chat friendly

   No excessive swearing, slurs, or berating other players. No spam, and don't share personal information with people you don't know in real life.

   Speak English only in global (/g) and world (/wc) chat. No language restrictions on the Build and Resource worlds in local (/l) chat. Note: /l only travels roughly 100 blocks.

3. 🛡 A safe space for everyone

   BubbleSnaps is a safe space for everyone. This will largely be an adult-oriented server, but it is Minecraft after all, so younger players may join. Treat them with the dignity and respect you would have wanted at that age.

   Any grooming, inappropriate speech or actions with or about minors, or attempts to get a player's personal info or move them to private apps is an instant permanent ban and may be reported to authorities. Inappropriate behavior toward younger players will not be tolerated.

   Chat and DMs are monitored for safety.

4. No griefing or stealing

   Don't break, change or take anything that isn't yours, including builds, chests, farms and animals.

5. Give builds their space

   Don't build within 100 blocks of another player's protected build without their permission.

   In the Shops world, build only inside your plot.

6. ⚠ NO DUPING OF ANY KIND

   This includes sand and TNT dupe machines. No item, block or entity duplication glitches, on any world. Dupe machines will be removed.

7. No logon kill-traps

   Don't build traps that kill or trap players where they log in or arrive. PvP is disabled on the whole network (except in the PvP Arena at Spawn, /arena, where fighting is allowed on purpose), and traps aren't a way around it.

8. No cheats, hacked clients or X-ray

   Play fair. No hacked clients, X-ray packs or mods, or other unfair advantages.

   Creative only: Litematica and similar schematic printer mods are allowed on the Creative server (for example to print your own map art on a Map Art plot). They are not allowed on any other server.

9. Autoclickers: only while you're at your keyboard

   Left- and right-click autoclickers are allowed while you're actively at your keyboard (not AFK). Auto-mining, bots, and kill aura or combat macros are not allowed.

10. AFK pools and farms are allowed

    You can AFK in pools and at farms. After 10 minutes without input you stop earning claim blocks until you move again. The only exception is the Spawn AFK Pool (next to the Peaceful Build and Hard Build villagers): 30 claim blocks per hour, even while AFK, added to your shared HardBuild + PeacefulBuild pool. After 30 minutes without input you're marked AFK (not kicked).

11. No strip-mining in build worlds

    Keep HardBuild and PeacefulBuild pristine: no strip-mining or big quarries outside your own base area. Do your mining in the Resource worlds (HardResource and PeacefulResource). Mining quests only count there anyway.

12. Spawners stay put

    At this time, mob spawners, trial spawners and vaults can't be broken, blown up, moved or changed with spawn eggs on any server.

13. Respect staff

    The Owner, Admins, Mods and Helpers are here to help. Please follow their directions. If you disagree, talk to them calmly in private.

14. Ask when in doubt

    If you're not sure whether something is okay, ask a staff member first. Report problems instead of taking matters into your own hands.

Strong suggestion: don't build or store things in the resource worlds. HardResource and PeacefulResource reset with new seeds on the 1st of every odd month (about 4 AM Central), and staff won't restore chests, shulkers or materials lost in a reset. Build and store your stuff in HardBuild or PeacefulBuild.

Protect your builds: golden shovel claims on HardBuild and PeacefulBuild. Right-click two opposite corners with a golden shovel to claim, use a stick to check who owns an area, and /trust <player> to let friends build. New players start with 500 claim blocks, shared by both build servers, and earn 100 more per hour of active play. /claimslist shows your claims and blocks from any server.

PvP is disabled (except in the PvP Arena at Spawn) on every server and world: players can't damage each other. In the Arena, fight on the arena floor; the viewing level above is safe. You keep your items, but you lose your XP when you die there, and the winner can collect it. Type /arena from anywhere to get there, and use it again to leave the pit.

Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, jail, a kick, or removal from the whitelist, depending on how serious it is. Staff have the final say.
